Adam Lewis Crookshanks

MAXWELTON, WV – Adam Lewis Crookshanks, 38 of Maxwelton, WV passed away. Born July 7, 1982 in Ronceverte, WV he was the son of the Pam Boothe Tolley (Sherman) and the late John Wayne Crookshanks. Adam mostly worked in construction. He is survived by one brother, John Crookshanks (Christina) of White Sulphur Springs, WV, three sisters, Julie Quillin (Troy) of Vass, NC, Amy Jones (Grant) of Gap Mills, WV, and Jennifer Tolly of Lewisburg, WV, eleven nieces and nephews. Memorial service will be 6:00 PM, Saturday, May 29, 2021 at the Morgan Funeral Home Chapel with Evangelist Steve Jones officiating. Online guestbook can be signed at www.morganfh.net.
