Betty Jean Kincaid Gillespie

Betty Jean Kincaid, 73, of Alderson passed away Sunday, August 10, 2014 at Greenbrier Valley Medical Center in Ronceverte. Born May 20, 1941 in Alderson, she was the daughter of the late Oscar and Mary Christine Highlander Kincaid. She was also preceded in death by sisters Ruth Reed, Betty Highlander and Annabelle Sutton; brothers Jimmy and Pete Kincaid. She is survived by her three children, Billy Joe Burns and his wife Karen, of Alderson, Tammy Jean Bush, of Fort Springs, Samantha Parker of Winchester VA; sisters Mary K. Willey of Centerville, VA, and Edna Adams of Eastman, GA; and numerous grandchildren. A memorial service will be held at 11:00 AM Wednesday, August 13, 2014 at Morgan Funeral Home in Lewisburg, with Pastor Anthony Carter officiating.
