Betty Jane Oney

FRANKFORD, WV – Betty Jane Oney, 85 of Frankford, WV passed away, Monday, June 8, 2020 at Raleigh General Hospital. Born June 14, 1934 at Ronceverte, WV she was the daughter of the late Preston and Ethel Brewster Miller. Betty was a Christian and a member of the Henning Church of God. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her husband, David Oney, son, David Oney and grandson, Gatlin Evan Jones. Survivors include three sons, Stephen Oney (Lahoma), Lawrence Oney and James Oney (Betty) all of Frankford, WV, daughters, Barbara Giles (Joseph) of Lewisburg, WV and Elizabeth Dunbar (William) of Frankford, WV, fifteen grandchildren, twenty two great grandchildren. Funeral service will be 11:00 AM, Friday, June 12, 2020 at the Morgan Funeral Home Chapel – 252 Montvue Drive, Lewisburg, WV. Burial will follow in the Oney Family Cemetery, Frankford, WV.
