Betty Lou Sampson

LEWISBURG, WV – Betty Lou Sampson, 83 of Lewisburg, WV passed away Friday, April 8, 2022, at Greenbrier Health Care Center. Born February 21, 1939, in Lewisburg, WV she was the daughter of the late David Harrison and Loreen Venetta Hedrick Sampson. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by all her siblings: Mae McCutcheon, Frances Sampson, Charlotte Persinger, Kate Lipps, Wilbur Sampson, Warren Sampson, and Hazel Herdsman.

Survivors include several nieces, nephews and a special friend Peggy, her roommate at the nursing home.

Graveside service will be held at 12:00 Noon, Tuesday, April 12, 2022, at the Rosewood Cemetery with Pastor Gary Baker officiating. The family would like to thank Dr. Connie Anderson and the staff at Greenbrier Health Care for the wonderful care provided.
