Bobby Ortman

ALDERSON, WV – Theodore Robert “Bobby” Ortman Jr., 66 of Alderson, WV passed away Tuesday, April 30, 2024, at Beckley ARH Hospital. Born October 30, 1957, he was the son of the late Theodore Robert Ortman Sr. and Lillian Juanita Fletcher Ortman.  Bobby was an avid bowler who loved fishing, kayaking, and spending time outdoors.  He was a well-known picker and loved antique furniture. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a sister, Debbie Cicala.

Survivors include his loving wife, Carie Umphries Ortman, sons, Thomas Ryan Ortman and Theodore Robert Ortman III, mother-in-law and father-in-law, Lois and John Umphries, brother, David Ortman (Jennifer), sister Lynn Rowland, one granddaughter and his k9 companions, Peanut, Collie Girl, Jingle and Pepe’.
