FRANKFORD, WV – Cathy Gayle Hughes, 57 of Frankford, WV passed away early Tuesday morning after a short battle with cancer. She was a wonderful mother to two sons, Travis Smith and Eric George, daughter Danielle Hughes, son in law Tim Dowdy and a perfect grandmother to Paige, Blake and Colan Dowdy and Trixie.
