Chantelle LeaAnn Muth

CRAWLEY, WV – Chantelle LeaAnn Muth, 37 of Crawley, WV passed away Sunday, December 21, 2025, at CAMC General Hospital, Charleston, WV. Born January 17, 1988, in Ronceverte, WV, she was the daughter of Mary Yates Quick and the late John Darrick Quick Sr. Chantelle had worked as a CNA. In addition to her father, she was preceded in death by her paternal grandfather, Danny Sanford Quick. Including her mother, she is survived by her children, Madeline and Jerry Quick Jr., her companion, Jerry Quick Sr., paternal grandmother, Connie Marie Massie, maternal grandparents, Junior and Carol Ann Yates, brother, John Quick Jr., and sister, Kelsey Shaffer.
