Corena "Candy" Lou Jones

FAYETTEVILLE, NC – Corena Lou “Candy” Jones, 84 of Fayetteville, NC passed away Thursday, May 2, 2019 at her home.  Born March 25, 1936 in Greenbrier County, WV she was the daughter of the late Denzil and Delcie Blake Milam.  She was a homemaker.  In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her husband, Howard Dean Jones and a grandson, Carson Shane Jones II.  Survivors include her children, Carson Jones (Sandy) of Seven Lakes, NC, Lola Jones of Fayetteville, NC and Roxie Smith (Bruce) of Roseboro, NC, brother, Stoney Milam (Sheila) of Bastian VA, sisters, Vada McWilliams (Melvin) of Conyers, GA and Ada Jordan of White Sulphur Springs, WV, grandchildren, April Hill, Dillon Jones and Christopher Smith, great grandchildren, Jakobey, Adalyn and Dexter, several nieces and nephews. Funeral service will be 12:00 Noon, Wednesday, May 8, 2019 at the Morgan Funeral Home Chapel – 252 Montvue Drive, Lewisburg, WV.  Burial will follow in the Ellis Chapel Cemetery, Renick, WV.  Visitation will be one hour prior to the service Wednesday at the funeral home.  Online guestbook can be signed at www.morganfh.net.  Arrangements by Morgan Funeral Home, Lewisburg, WV.
