David Eugene Rutherford

RONCEVERTE, WV – David Eugene Rutherford, 58, of Ronceverte, WV passed away, Friday, July 21, 2017 at the Peyton Hospice House, Lewisburg, WV. Born April 5, 1959 at Ronceverte, WV he was the son of the late Arden Lee and Geraldine Lyall Rutherford. David was a painter by trade. In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by a daughter, Angel Rutherford and two brothers, Bill and James Rutherford. Survivors include his son, Marty Rutherford and wife Katrina of Ronceverte, WV, grandson, Jacob Rutherford of Ronceverte, WV, granddaughters, Karalie and Page Rutherford of Ronceverte, WV, brothers, Thomas Rutherford and wife Janie of Lewisburg, WV and Tim Rutherford of Ronceverte, WV, sisters, Nancy Gabbert and Connie Stone both of Ronceverte, WV, Catherine Sacca and husband Terry of Inverness, FL, Judy Withrow of Ronceverte, WV, Amie Morrison and husband Lee of Lewisburg, WV, longtime friend, Charlotte Rutherford, several nieces and nephews. A memorial service to celebrate David’s life will be 7:00 PM, Monday, July 24, 2017 at the Morgan Funeral Home Chapel – 252 Montvue Drive, Lewisburg, WV with Pastor Youel Altizer officiating.
