Dennis James Boggs II

March 31, 1983 – November 2, 2026

Dennis James Boggs II, 43, passed away on November 2, 2026 in his home.

Born and raised in Florida, Dennis was a 2001 graduate of Port St. Lucie High School. He was an accomplished athlete growing up, especially passionate about baseball, where he excelled as a player and pitcher. His athletic ability and love for the game were an important part of his younger years and remained part of the memories shared by those who knew him.

Following high school, Dennis continued his education at Indian River Community College, where he graduated in the top 10% of his class in the Firefighter and EMT program. Although he eventually pursued a different career, his accomplishments reflected his intelligence, determination, and potential. He later worked alongside his father at Dennis Boggs Painting. He was a loyal Indianapolis Colts fan and enjoyed watching the games with his Father. He also loved fishing and gardening and was an excellent cook, especially the grill.

Dennis spent much of his adult life in Fairlea, West Virginia, where he had made his home for approximately 15 years and was his Fathers caretaker until his father’s passing.

In the last years of his life, Dennis formed a special bond with his niece, Jessica, through their shared love of baseball and pitching. He enjoyed talking with her about softball and watching videos of her pitching. It was a connection that brought them closer and created memories that will be treasured forever.

Dennis leaves behind his mother, Donna Boggs; his sisters, Natasha Corcoran of Port St. Lucie, Florida, and Whitney Marion of Lakeland, Florida; his beloved niece, Jessica Corcoran; and nephew, Bodhi Davis. He also leaves behind many loving aunts, uncles, and cousins.

Though his life was not without its challenges, Dennis’s story is not defined by those struggles. He will be remembered for the life he lived, the memories he created, his love of baseball, and football and the family connections that will continue to carry his memory forward.

He will be deeply missed by those who knew him and will forever remain a part of the hearts and memories of his family and friends.
