Donald Lee Baker Jr.

Donald Lee Baker Jr., 39, of Beckley, formerly of Lewisburg and Auburn, NY, passed away Saturday November 21, 2015 surrounded by his loved ones. He was born August 4, 1976 in Weirton to Rita Griffey Baker and Donald Baker. Don was a 1994 graduate of Auburn High School. He attended New River Community College and Mountain State University to pursue a Culinary Degree. His greatest joy in his life was his son, Andrew. He was a dedicated, devoted, and loving daddy. Donald was preceded in death by his grandpa James Griffey; grandparents, Ralph and Gladys Baker, and cousin, Lee Griffey. Those left to cherish Don's memory are his mom, Rita Antinoro (Kenneth); dad, Donald Baker (Debbie); his son, Andrew Baker and Andrew's mom, Kathryn Saddler; his grandma, Ruby Griffey; aunts, Deborah Griffey, Mary Emrick (Wesley), and Linda Dowell (Roy); uncle, Jimmy Griffey; cousins, Melissa Dowell, and Katelyn "Zane" Griffey (Karessa); step-sisters, Beth Carpenter, Tina Thornton, and Debbie Lockhart; step-brothers, Brian Engle and Eric Engle. Service will be held at 2:00 PM Wednesday November 25, 2015 at Morgan Funeral Home in Lewisburg with Rev. Phillip Hickman officiating. Burial will follow in Morningside Cemetery at Renick. Friends will be received at 1:00 PM till time of the service on Wednesday at the funeral home.
