Dorothy Marie Estep

ASBURY, WV – Dorothy Marie Estep, 75 of Asbury, WV passed away Tuesday, March 23, 2021 at Greenbrier Valley Medical Center following a short illness.  Born April 14, 1945 in Lewisburg, WV she was the daughter of the late James Gerald and Mary Jane Smith Gillespie.  Dot attended the Westpoint Baptist Church.  In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband Calvin Estep, son Mark Edward Estep, brothers, James Lawrence, Glen Kenneth, Gordon and Bubby Gillespie and sister, Leta Jean Jensen.  Survivors include her companion of the last nine years, Sam Lane of Hillsdale, WV, sons, Jeff Estep (Kelly) of Schurz, NV, and Howard Estep (Ginger) of Asbury, WV, daughter, Eloise Wallace (Bill) of Clintonville, WV, brother, Clifton Gillespie (Carol) of Ronceverte, WV, sisters, Nancy Gillespie of Caldwell, WV, Karen Smith (Roy) of Kentucky, several grandchildren, great grandchildren, many nieces and nephews.

Funeral service will be 2:00 PM, Sunday, March 28, 2021 at Morgan Funeral Home, Lewisburg, WV with Pastor Ron Miller officiating.  Burial will follow in the Asbury Cemetery, Asbury, WV.  Visitation will be one hour prior to the service, Sunday at the funeral home.  We will be following COVID-19 regulations and require guests wear a mask and maintain social distancing.  Online guestbook can be signed at www.morganfh.net .  Arrangements by Morgan Funeral Home, Lewisburg, WV.
