Douglas Roger Wade

WHITE SULPHUR SPRINGS, WV – Douglas Roger Wade, 68, passed away Wednesday, January 9, 2019 at the White Sulphur Springs Center.  Born June 20, 1950 at Lewisburg, WV he was the son of the late Andrew Clark Wade Jr. and Ruth Mitchem Wade.  In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by a brother, Wesley Clark Wade, sister, Phyllis Alice Wade and niece, Patricia Ann Wade.  Survivors include his twin brother, David Allen Wade of Lewisburg, WV, sister, Emily Ann Rutherford of Lewisburg, WV and Peggy Boone (Earl) of Lewisburg, WV and an adopted brother, Joel Whitt of Lewisburg, WV.
