Earl Woodrum

CALDWELL, WV - Earl Woodrum, 75, of Caldwell, WV passed away, Thursday, January 12, 2017 at Charleston Area Medical Center - Memorial. Born August 27, 1941 at Lewisburg, WV he was the son of the late Herbert and Edith Brant Woodrum. Earl enjoyed carpentry and mechanic work. He loved playing music with his friends and family. Earl attended the White Sulphur Springs Baptist Church. In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by a brother, Clarence "Sonny" Woodrum and two sisters, Lavetta Cloum and Brenda Zimmerman. Survivors include his loving wife of 48 years, Fay Rane Woodrum, sons, Joe Woodrum and wife Missy of Greenville, WV, John Woodrum of Caldwell, WV, daughter, Deanna Wills and husband Dewayne of Cedar Grove, WV, three grandchildren, Clinton Woodrum of Charleston, WV, Nikki Woodrum of Ballard, WV and Josie Wills of Cedar Grove, WV, two brothers, Robert Woodrum and wife Ruth of Sissonville, WV and David Woodrum and wife Glemma of Ronceverte, WV, sister, Opal Brooks and husband Junior of Ronceverte, WV, several nieces and nephews.Funeral service will be 2:00 PM, Sunday, January 15, 2017 at the White Sulphur Springs Baptist Church with Pastor Randy Gilliam officiating. Burial will follow in the Highland Park Cemetery, Second Creek, WV. Visitation will be one hour prior to the service, Sunday at the church.
