LEWISBURG, WV – Ida Elizabeth Hager, 93 of Lewisburg, WV passed away Wednesday, December 20, 2017 at the English Meadows Assisted Living, Louisa, VA. Born September 26, 1924 at Lewisburg, WV she was the daughter of the late Newton W. and Ida Beard Kerns. Libby was a member of the Lewisburg Baptist Church and was a homemaker. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her husband Lonzie Hager. Survivors include five sons, David (Barbara) Hager of Trevilians, VA, Kenny (Sharon) Hager of Waynesboro, VA, Bobby (Carol) Hager of Lewisburg, WV, Doug (Beth) Hager of Bumpass, VA and Donald (Cindy) Hager of Crouse, NC, daughter Syble Coats of Lewisburg, WV, sister, Virginia John of Waynesburg, PA, thirteen grandchildren and twenty great grandchildren.
Funeral service will be 1:00 PM, Saturday, December 23, 2017 at the Morgan Funeral Home Chapel – 252 Montvue Drive, Lewisburg, WV. Burial will follow in the Anderson Cemetery, Ronceverte, WV. Visitation will be from 11:00 AM until time of the service, Saturday at the funeral home. Online guestbook can be signed, or condolences may be sent to the family at
