Ethel Williams

Carrie Ethel Snededgar Williams, 104, passed away at Raleigh General Hospital in Beckley on July 6, 2015. She was born in a family of nine children of the late Albert Hudson Snedegar and Laura Etta Ray Snedegar. She was a lifelong resident of Greenbrier County, having lived in Williamsburg, Rupert and Lewisburg. Ethel was preceded in death by her husband, J. Wallace Williams. She is survived by three children, Myral, Asel(Judy) and Sharon(ED), eight grandchildren, sixteen great grandchildren and numerous great great grandchildren. Funeral services will be held at Morgan Funeral Home Thursday, July 9, 2015 at 2:00 PM with the Rev. Denver Tiller officiating. Visitation will be held one hour prior to the service. Interment will be in Rosewood Cemetery following the service.
