Eunice Jones

NEOLA, WV – Eunice Kathleen Jones, 89, of Neola, WV passed away Sunday, September 23, 2018 at Greenbrier Valley Medical Center. Born February 6, 1929 at Yukon, WV she was the daughter of the late Fred Oscar and Dora Roberts McDonald. Eunice was a homemaker and was a member of the Neola Baptist Church. She loved working her flower gardens, housework, fishing and ginsenging. Eunice was a proud loyal supporter of our veterans. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by a daughter, Beverly Dishion, three brothers and seven sisters. She is survived by her loving devoted husband of 70 years, Samuel W. Jones, sons, Samuel L. Jones (Ann) of Neola, WV and Calvin Jones (Renee) of Iaeger, WV, daughters, Joyce Christian (Freddie) of Bluefield, WV, Glenna F. Wright of Bethel, OH, Diana J. Lee (David) of Dayton, OH and Rhonda A. McGuire of Welch, WV, two sisters, Dean Burroughs (Harry) of Bluefield, WV and Darlene Christian of Richlands, VA, nine grandchildren, twenty great grandchildren and eleven great-great grandchildren, several nieces and nephews.
