Forest "Cue Ball" Foster

August 22, 1931 — May 1, 2020

WHITE SULPHUR SPRINGS, WV – Forest “Cue Ball” Thomas Foster, 88 of White Sulphur Springs, WV passed away Friday, May 1, 2020 at the Peyton Hospice House, Lewisburg, WV.  Born August 22, 1931 in White Sulphur Springs, WV he was the son of the late Forest Everett and Katie Stella Sawyer Foster.  Forest was a U.S. Army, Korean War Veteran.  Forest was a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints and the NALC Postal Service Union.  He was retired from the USPS as a Mail Carrier.  In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by his wife of thirty-eight years, Betty Sue Scott Foster, grandson, Phoenix Sauceda, daughter, Teresa Clark, son in law, Tony Clark, stepson, Timmy Scott, brother, Julian Foster and sisters, Maxine Carmoney and Dorothy Wilson.  Survivors are a daughter, Tracy Foster (Lee Sauceda) of Centreville, VA, son, Tom Foster (Bonita) of White Sulphur Springs, WV, sisters, Betty Ann Snellings of Lexington, KY, Ina Llewellyn (Tom) of Gross Ile, MI and Jan Asay of Springville, UT, grandchildren, Tony and Travis Clark, Todd White, Justin  and Ryan Foster,  brothers and sisters in law, Mary Lee (Tom), Doug Fullen, Anna (Frank) Defibaugh, Freda Casto and Tommy Scott (Frances), several nieces and nephews.

Due to the regulations associated with the COVID-19 pandemic, and out of love and respect for extended family and friends, a graveside service will be held at 11:00 AM, Monday, May 4, 2020 at the Greenbrier Memorial Gardens Cemetery, Lewisburg. WV.  In lieu of flowers the family suggests donations of sympathy be made to the Greenbrier County Committee on Aging – Meals on Wheels – PO Box 556, Rupert, WV 25984.  Online guestbook can be signed at www.morganfh.net .  Arrangements by Morgan Funeral Home, Lewisburg, WV.
