Freddie Keith Baisden

ALDERSON, WV – Freddie Keith Baisden, 76 of Alderson, WV formerly of Cleveland, OH passed away, Wednesday, June 7, 2023, at his home. Born November 2, 1946, in Boone County, WV, he was the son of the late Gardner Alexander Baisden and Eva Esther Ellis Baisden. Freddie retired as a brakeman and was a Purple Heart recipient for his time in the US Marines during the Vietnam War. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by eight siblings.

Survivors include his wife, Phimphan (Thoi) Baisden, son, Steve Baisden (Meredith) of Olmsted Falls, OH, daughter, Rebecca Ann Baisden of Cleveland, OH, stepdaughters, Nicole Workman (Robert), Mickie Tumbry-Bird (Brandon), Tanya Koulbout (Saengpheth) and Michelle Ruben (Max), sister, Janet Albright (David) of West Salem, OH, grandson, Brandon “Oleg” Baisden, step grandchildren, Leah, Elijah, Elise and Alexander, several nieces, and nephews.

Visitation will be 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM, Monday, June 12, 2023, at the Morgan Funeral Home, Lewisburg, WV. Mr. Baisden will have another visitation at the Ripepi Funeral Home, Parma, OH, Wednesday, June 14, 2023, from 11:00 PM to 1:00 PM. Burial will follow in the West Park Cemetery, Cleveland, OH.
