Gary Allender

GAP MILLS, WV – Gary Lynn Allender, 68 of Gap Mills, WV passed away Wednesday, September 25, 2019 at the White Sulphur Springs Center.  Born December 3, 1950 at Phillippi, WV he was the son of the late Bert and Zelma Gay Smith Allender.  In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by a stepson, Thomas Zimmerman.  Survivors include his wife of thirty years, Rita Carol Morgan Allender, son, Douglas Lynn Allender (Linda) of Ronceverte, WV, grandchild, Samantha Allender of Minnesota and great granddaughter, Ocatvia Lynn.  Gary’s body has been donated to the Human Gift Registry of the WV Osteopathic School.  There will be a memorial service Saturday, September 28th  1:00PM at the Church of the Nazarene in Gap Mills, WV with a dinner to follow.  In lieu of flowers donations of sympathy should be made to the Gary Allender Memorial Fund c/o City National Bank.  Online guestbook can be signed at www.morganfh.net.  Arrangements by Morgan Funeral Home, Lewisburg, WV.
