Gary Waple

LEWISBURG, WV – Reverend Gary Waple, 77 of Lewisburg, WV passed away Tuesday, February 13, 2024, at his home.  Born March 9, 1946, he was the son of the late George Henry and Catherine Elizabeth Cottrel Waple.  Gary was an ordained Deacon of the Episcopal Church. Rev. Waple served the surrounding area for thirty years in many ways. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his twin brother, Grant Waple.

Survivors include his loving wife, Carol Waple, son, Jonathan Waple (Sarah), grandson, Jackson Waple and granddaughter, Hayden Waple.

It was Gary’s wish that there be no visitation nor funeral.  There will be a graveside service with family in the spring. Rev.
