George Addison Dean Mann Jr.

LEWISBURG, WV – George Addison Dean Mann Jr., 72, of Lewisburg, WV passed away Thursday, July 13, 2017 at his home. Born November 10, 1944, he was the son of the late George Addison Dean Mann Sr. and Willia Gladys Davis Mann. Mr. Mann was a U.S. Army Airborne Vietnam Veteran. He had retired from Shenandoah Manufacturing. In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by two brothers, Walter Keatley “Bucky” Mann and Randall Wayne Mann, and a sister, Regina Grey Slayton. Survivors include his daughter, Tara Dean Carey and husband Douglas of Crawley, WV, stepson, Wayne Hinkle and wife Beverly of Clintonville, WV, three grandchildren, Nathan Hinkle, Haley Carey and Elizabeth Carey and five sisters, Patricia Ann Kime and husband Charles of Lake City, FL, Peggy Joyce Lester of Reno, NV, Joy Lee Mullins of Beckley, WV, Carolynne Cheri King and husband David of Peterstown, WV and Kathryn Louise Brown and husband Keith of Ronceverte, WV, ex-wife, Wanda Mann, several nieces and nephews. Funeral Services will be 11:00 AM, Monday, July 17, 2017 at the Morgan Funeral Home Chapel, 252 Montvue Drive, Lewisburg, WV with Rev. Stephen Baldwin officiating. Burial will follow in the Baldwin White Oak Cemetery, Renick, WV. Visitation will be 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM, Sunday, July 16, 2017 at the funeral home.
