Hazel Irene Evans

CRAWLEY, WV – Hazel Irene Evans, 71 of Crawley, WV passed away peacefully, Monday, November 13, 2017 with her family by her side at the Peyton Hospice House, Lewisburg, WV. Born September 14, 1946 at Churchville, MD she was the daughter of the late Roy and Mary Cullum Gullion. Hazel was a dedicated employee at Greenbrier Bowling and Recreation Center for over twenty years and was loved by everyone. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her husband, James P. Evans, son, James Lee Evans and grandson, Carl J. Hinkle. Survivors include daughters, Cherry Creswell (Steve), Melodie Hale (Larry), Bonnie Tincher (Elmer Jr.), Theresa Reynolds, son, Carr Evans and daughter in law, Rose Evans, grandchildren, Shannon Creswell, Carrie Thomas, Josh Hinkle, Evan Reynolds, Sara Reynolds and Alley Evans, six great grandchildren, brothers, Frank Gullion (Pat), Aubrey Gullion and Ronnie Gullion (Judy), sister, Wanda Richardson, several nieces and nephews. Funeral service will be 11:00 AM, Saturday, November 18, 2017 at the Morgan Funeral Home Chapel – 252 Montvue Drive, Lewisburg, WV with Pastor Steve Barnette officiating. Burial will follow in the Windy Knoll Cemetery, Williamsburg, WV.
