Helen C. Miles

Helen C. Miles, 87, of Frankford passed away Saturday, February 27, 2016 at Greenbrier Valley Medical Center in Fairlea. Born September 15, 1928 at Esty, she was the daughter of the late Jesse and Rebecca Snedegar McCoy. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her first husband, William Owens; her second husband, Lonnie Miles; two sisters, Zetta Lewis and Christina Wright and a brother, Clennie McCoy. She is survived by her daughters, Lucille Hughart and her husband, Wayne of Parkersburg and Dolores Burks and her husband, Jeffrey of Kentucky; one granddaughter, Cynde Hughart of Salisbury, NC; one sister, Myrtle Faulkner of Frankford; two brothers, Leslie McCoy and Patricia of Shepherdstown and Chester McCoy and Pearl of Frankford and numerous nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be 11:00 AM Tuesday, March 1, 2016 at Morgan Funeral Home in Lewisburg with Rev. Emory Hanna officiating. Burial will follow in Ellis Chapel Cemetery on Brushy Flats, Renick. Visitation will be from 6 to 8 PM Monday, February 29, 2016 at Morgan Funeral Home in Lewisburg.
