Jack W. Loomis

Jack W. Loomis, 78, of Ronceverte passed away Wednesday, May 6, 2015 at Greenbrier Valley Medical Center in Fairlea. Born June 20, 1936 at Caldwell, he was the son of the late Jesse and Veo Williams Loomis and in addition, to his parents, was preceded in death by his daughter, Cathy Anderson; son-in-law, Darrell Reynolds and brothers, Darrell Lee Loomis and Harold "Crow" Loomis. Jack spent ten years in the US Navy, retired from Westvaco and was a member of Zion's Light Baptist Church. He is survived by his wife of 56 years, Annabell Loomis; son, Jack Loomis Jr.; daughter, Kim Reynolds, all of Ronceverte; grandchildren, Arica Anderson(Shawn Carter), Lucas Reynolds and Cameron Dunbrack; great grandchildren, Bailey Jones and Creed Carter; brother, Jimmy Loomis of Caldwell; special niece, Tammy O'Brien; several nieces and nephews and his loving companion, "Biscuit".
