James David Sawyers Jr

James David Sawyers Jr, 48, of Fairlea passed away Friday, March 11, 2016 at Greenbrier Valley Medical Center in Fairlea.Born April 6, 1967 in Havre de Grace, MD, he is the son of James David Sawyers of Royal Retreat, VA and the late Geraldine Sue Beavers.In addition to his father, he is survived by his wife Eva Tripi Sawyers; children, Paulina Sawyers and Brandon Sawyers of Christiansburg, VA, Justin Sawyers of Fredericksburg, VA and Kaleigh Porterfield of Fairlea; six stepchildren and four grandchildren; sisters, Pamela Sue Outen of South Carolina, Laura Douglas of White Sulphur Springs, Debbie Osborne of Wytheville, VA and Karen Lusk of Maryland; brothers, Chaz Blevins of Roanoke, VA, Jerry Haga of Wytheville, VA, Ricky Haga of Adkins, VA and Billy Haga of Marion, VA and several nieces and nephews.The funeral service will be 2:00 PM Monday, March 14, 2016 at Morgan Funeral Home in Lewisburg with Rev. Steve Barnette officiating. Burial will follow in Rosewood Cemetery at Lewisburg. Visitation will be from 6 to 8 PM Sunday March 12, 2016 at Morgan Funeral Home.
