Jane Loomis

Jane Loomis, 68, of Ronceverte passed away Monday, July 13, 2015 at her home following a sudden illness. Born November 5, 1946 at Lewisburg, she was the daughter of the late Robert Taylor and Ruth Wade Taylor Erskine. Jane worked for fourteen years at the Shoney's in Lewisburg and enjoyed serving and talking with the guests. Other than her parents she was preceded in death by her sister, Liz Reynolds. Those left to cherish her memory are her daughter, Tammy O'Brien and husband, Alan of Ronceverte; her son, Harold Frye Loomis Jr. and Connie Spence of Frankford; two grandchildren, Kevin O'Brien and wife, Jennie of Lewisburg and Chelsea Bostic of Union; a great grandson, William James O'Brien; her good friend, Connie White, and her faithful companion, her dog, Paige;. Services will be held at 2:00 PM Thursday, July 16 at Morgan Funeral Home in Lewisburg with Pastor Gary Baker officiating. Burial will follow in Greenbrier Memorial Gardens at Lewisburg.
