Jeffrey Lynn Hanna

RICHWOOD, WV – Jeffrey Lynn Hanna, 72 of Richwood, WV passed away Wednesday, October 19, 2022, at Lewis Gale Medical Center – Salem, VA. Born December 30, 1949, in York, PA he was the son of the late Bernard Hanna and Susie Brown Hanna. Jeff was a US Army Veteran where he fought in the Vietnam War and was awarded a Purple Heart. He retired as a long-haul truck driver. Jeff was a wonderful husband, father, grandfather, and great grandfather. He was preceded in death by a son, Robbie. Survivors include the love of his life, Esther L. Hanna, Son, Kevin Hanna (Beckie) of Alderson, WV and daughter, Bobbie Hanna (Carr Evans) of Crawley, WV, grandsons, Brandon (Paula) and Lacy (Megan), great grandchildren, Emily Ella and his pride and joy Braxton, his best friends in life, his dogs, June and Wee One and his cat, Boots. Funeral service will be 7:00 PM, Monday, October 24, 2022, at the Morgan Funeral Home Chapel with Pastor Roger Alder officiating. Visitation will be one hour prior to the service.
