Jimmie Ray Martin

Jimmie Ray Martin, 65, of Alderson passed away Friday, December 6, 2013 at the White Sulphur Springs Center. Born May 27, 1948 at Alderson, he was the son of the late Otto Ray Martin and Ida Bryant and was also preceded in death by a daughter Francis Louise and two half brothers, Glen and John Martin. Survivors include two sons, Elmer Martin and wife, Roza and Joseph Martin, both of Alderson and a daughter, Virginia Sofil of Ronceverte; sisters, Juanita Fry and James of Alderson and Ruby Shafer and Kent of Elton; brothers, Emory and Bruce Martin of Blue Sulphur Springs; half sisters, Dicie Hamrick, Brenda Livesay and Beverly Workman and half brothers, Alvin and Ivan Martin.
