Joann Mauzy

Williamsburg, WV – JoAnn Mauzy, 77, of Williamsburg, WV passed away Friday, September 16, 2022, at CAMC – Teays Valley Hospital. Born October 3, 1944, in Lansing, WV she was the daughter of the late Charles William and Dollie Rosetta Smith Powell. JoAnn was a member of the Grassy Meadows Gospel Lighthouse Church. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by a son, Eugene Bolen and two brothers, Arby Smith, and Jack Powell. Survivors include her loving husband of forty-two years, Chuck Mauzy, sons, Clayton Bolen (Teresa) of Williamsburg, WV, Charles Ivan Bolen (Robin) of Princeton, WV and Willard Harold Bolen (Cynthia) of Covington, VA, daughter, Linda Grimm of Williamsburg, WV, brothers, Charles Powell (Vena) of Fairlea, WV, Gary Powell of Montgomery, WV, and Dean Powell (Angie) of Alderson, WV, sisters, Mary Ann Delores Powell of Rupert, WV and Janice Hamrick of Moshine, TN, seventeen grandchildren, twenty-two great grandchildren, daughter in law, Lisa Mroczka-Konieczny, several nieces and nephews.

Funeral service will be Noon, Tuesday, September 20, 2022, at the Morgan Funeral Home Chapel, Lewisburg, WV with Pastor Butch LeGrand officiating.
