ASBURY, WV - John D. Quick, 47, of Asbury, WV passed away Sunday, March 5, 2017 due to injuries sustained in a motorcycle accident. He was born July 25, 1969 in Ronceverte, WV. John worked mostly as a Tow Truck Driver. He was preceded in death by his grandparents who raised him, Sidney and Mildred Jane Fultz Quick and a granddaughter, Elizabeth Quick. Survivors include his loving wife of 28 years, Mary Yates Quick, mother, Connie Massie of Myrtle Beach, SC, father in law, Junior Yates of Frankford, WV, daughter, Chantelle Muth and husband Jerry of Crawley, WV, son, John Quick Jr. and fianc Tanesha Bretz of White Sulphur Springs, WV and daughter, Kelsey Shaffer and husband Kurtis of Martinsville, VA and five grandchildren.Funeral service will be 12:00 Noon, Thursday, March 9, 2017 at the Morgan Funeral Home, Lewisburg with Pastor Mike McCoy officiating. Burial will follow in the Asbury Cemetery, Asbury, WV. Visitation will be one hour prior to the service at the funeral home.
