WHITE SULPHUR SPRINGS, WV – Joyce Elaine Hinkle Poe, 78, of White Sulphur Springs, WV passed away Monday, July 23, 2018 at her home. Born April 8, 1940 at Frankford, WV she was the daughter of the late Bernard and Lennie Lorraine Jeffries Hinkle. Joyce had retired from The Greenbrier Hotel after 25 years of service. She was a dedicated member of the White Sulphur Springs Lions club for over 20 years. Joyce was a member of the Church of Christ of Lewisburg, WV. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by a daughter, Rolaina Lorraine Spadaro, granddaughter, Roschelle Faith McMillion, sister, Janice Anderson, brother Allen Hinkle, half-brothers, Kyle Kincaid and Oren Kincaid and a half-sister, Este Mae. Survivors include her husband of 33 years, Earl Poe, son, Bobby McMillion (Chrissy) of White Sulphur Springs, WV, daughters, Renetha Lynn Dove (Larry) of Williamsburg, WV and Rejetta Church (Rickie) of White Sulphur Springs, WV, brother, Arnie Hinkle (Christine) of White Sulphur Springs, WV, grandchildren, Brian, David, Amanda, Arenda and Josh, seven great grandchildren, several nieces, nephews and her beloved dog, Rascal.
Funeral service will be 1:00 PM, Wednesday, July 25, 2018 at the Morgan Funeral Home Chapel – 252 Montvue Drive, Lewisburg, WV with Sam Banton officiating. Burial will follow in the Rosewood Cemetery, Lewisburg, WV. Visitation will be from 11:00 AM until time of the service, Wednesday at the funeral home. Online guestbook can be signed at
