Judy Ann Withrow

LEWISBURG, WV - Judy Ann Withrow, 62, of Lewisburg, WV, passed away on Friday, February 21, 2025, at CAMC Greenbrier Valley Medical Center. Born on August 1, 1962, in Lewisburg, WV, she was the daughter of the late Arden and Geraldine Lyall Rutherford.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her siblings, Wallace, David, and James Rutherford, and Nancy Gabbert.

She is survived by her children, Dennis and Daniel Withrow; her grandchildren, Daniel Withrow Jr. and Kalianna Withrow; her siblings, Thomas Rutherford (Janie) and Timothy Rutherford; her sisters, Janie Woolsey, Catherine Sacca (Terri), Connie Stone, and Amy Morrison (Lee).
