Kenneth M. Dodd

Kenneth M. Dodd, 72, of Lewisburg, went home to heaven to be with the Lord on February 16, 2013. He will be reunited with his mom and dad, John and Lovetta Dodd. To be followed by his wife of 48 years, Genevieve (Gissie) Dodd. He will always be loved and in her heart until she joins him in heaven. He will also be joyfully missed by "Gunner" and his children, son Doug (Susan) Dodd of Fairlea, daughter Karen (Rob) Rowe of Efland, NC, two precious grandchildren, Amanda and Daniel Rowe of Efland, NC, brothers and sisters, John(Janice) Dodd of Lewisburg, Roy (Shelby) Dodd of Caldwell, Charlotte (John) Morgan of Caldwell, Georgene (Bobby) Deitz of lewisburg and lots of family and friends. He was a retired school bus driver and loved his backhoe work. He was a member of the Community Pentecostal Holiness Church of Lewisburg. He loved all people, his church, had an awesome sense of humor, and was truly loved by everyone he met. Visitation will be Monday February 18, from 11 AM - 1:00 PM and services will be held at 1:00 PM at the Community Pentecostal Holiness Church on Brush Rd with Pastor Everette (Hat) Defibaugh officiating. Burial will be at the church cemetery. Pallbearers will be Robert Rowe, John (Sonny) Dodd, Roy Dodd, Brian Dodd, Kevin Deitz, Scott Graham and Douglas (Doug) Dodd. In lieu of flowers donations can be made to Community Pentecostal Holiness Church in memory of Kenny.
