Larry Dale Saunders

MONROE, NC – Larry Dale Saunders, 62 of Monroe, NC formerly of Ronceverte, WV passed away Friday, January 7, 2022, at the Atrium Hospital, Monroe, NC. Born May 5, 1959, in Ronceverte, WV Larry was the son of the late Edward Joseph Newsome Jr and Raymond and Mary Irene Crawley Saunders. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by sisters, Norma Murray, Audrey Saunders and Malissa Hurt and brothers, Roger Saunders, and Tyrone Lee. Survivors are four brothers, Raymond Saunders Jr., Robert Saunders, Michael Saunders and Eric Walker, sisters, Juanita Lee, Victoria Miller, Rosetta White and Tracy Williams, several nieces, and nephews. Visitation will be 11:00 AM until 12:00 PM, Saturday, January 22, 2022, at the Morgan Funeral Home Chapel – 252 Montvue Drive, Lewisburg, WV. Homegoing service will follow at 12:00 Noon with Pastor Greg Scott officiating. It was Larry’s wish to be cremated following the homegoing service.
