Lynn C. Keene

Lynn C. Keene, 70, of Hillsboro and Renick passed away November 25 at his home in Renick. Born January 26, 1942, he was the son of the late Harvey and Leta Kershner Keene and was preceded in death by one brother, Eddie Keene. L. C. retired from CSX Railroad as a heavy equipment operator after 32 years of service. He is survived by his wife, Anna Rudd Keene; two daughters, Dee Ann Keene of Renick and Debra Pritt and husband Mike of Auto; two sons, Daniel Lewis and Sherry of Lexington, NC and Donnie Lewis of Mill Point; four grandchildren; six great grandchildren; three brothers, Billy Keene and Linda of White Sulphur Springs, Jerry Keene and Alice of Mt. Holly, PA and Ray Keene of VA; and several nieces and nephews. Per his request, his body was donated to the WV School of Osteopathic Medicine. Memorial services will be held at a later date.
