Mark Edward Estep, 44, of Asbury died Wednesday, October 19, 2011 at his home of an apparent heart attack. Born September 23, 1967 at Union, he is the son of Calvin and Dorothy Gillespie Estep of Asbury. Mark was Assistant Circulation Manager for the West Virginia Daily News in Lewisburg, was a graduate of Greenbrier East High School and coached Alderson Flag Football. He loved Bluegrass music, the WVU Mountaineers and all the people he worked with in his Daily News family. In addition to his parents, Calvin and Dot, he is survived by his special friend, Alisha Williams and her son, Jimmy Scott. Mark and Alisha were joyfully anticipating the birth of their first child in April. Other survivors include his brothers, Jeff Estep and wife, Kelly of Schurz, NV and Howard Estep and wife, Ginger of Asbury; sister, Eloise Wallace and husband, Bill of Clintonville and several aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews. Services will be 2:00 pm Sunday, October 23 at Morgan Funeral Home in Lewisburg with Rev. Ron Miller officiating. Burial will follow in Emanuel United Methodist Church Cemetery at Asbury.
