Martha Elizabeth Scott Fullen, 68, of Fairlea, West Virginia, passed away on Friday, January 24, 2020. She was born on February 19, 1951 to the late Howard and Lucille Honaker Scott in Caldwell, West Virginia. She married her husband, Douglas Bell Fullen, on December 30, 1970. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by a sister, Betty Foster. Martha is survived by her husband, Douglas Bell Fullen, four children, Michael Douglas Fullen of Fairlea, West Virginia, Mary Ruth (Luke) Lambert of Union, Kentucky, Marcus Bell (Mandy) Fullen of Vinton, Virginia, and Brandon Scott (Junko) Fullen of Savannah, Georgia, six grandchildren, and four great-grandchildren. She is also survived by her brother Tommy (Frances) Scott of Lewisburg, sisters Anna (Frank) Defibaugh, Freda Casto both of Caldwell, Mary (Tom) Lee of Leesburg, Virginia, and numerous nieces and nephews. Martha worked for City National Bank for over thirty years and retired from the Greenbrier County Magistrates Office. She was a member of ARP Church in Fairlea. She loved shopping, spending time with her family and friends, and attending the State Fair. The family will receive friends from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM, Monday, January 27, 2020 at the Morgan Funeral Home Chapel – 252 Montvue Drive, Lewisburg, WV. Funeral service will be 1:00 PM, Tuesday, January 28, 2020 at the funeral home with Pastor Ike Hughes and Pastor Bill Harris officiating. Interment will follow in Greenbrier Memorial Gardens.
