Martha Lynn "Marty" Workman Massie

On January 23, 2014 Martha Lynn "Marty" Workman Massie of Lewisburg left this world to be reunited with her paternal grandparents, Floyd and Rosa Workman; maternal grandparents Lester Harford and Ada Harford Jameson; parents Junior and Lucille Workman; husband, John Edward Massie; son Shawn Markle; sister, Ada Crane and infant nephew, Joseph Cunningham. She is survived by her son, Shane Snedegar and his wife, Nikki; grandchildren, Nathanial Seelinger and Clara Jane and Isaac Snedgar; Sisters, Karen McMillion and Bill, Rosa Lee Dalton, Retha Evans, Linda Tipton and Ed and JoBeth Cunningham; brothers, Nathan Workman and Colette and Wayne Workman and Dreama; mother-in-law, Alice Coff and father-in-law, Alton Massie. She had 21 nieces and nephews and 22 great nieces and nephews and one great great nephew. Marty was always a warm loving person that touched so many lives. She will be greatly missed. A memorial service is scheduled for 6:30 PM Tuesday, January 28, 2014 at Morgan Funeral Home in Lewisburg with Elder Roger Alder officiating.
