COWEN, WV – Mary Elizabeth “Sis” Cutlip, 84, of Cowen, WV formerly of Spice, WV passed away Sunday, June 17, 2018 at Webster Nursing & Rehab. Born November 28, 1933 she was the daughter of the late Verner C. and Nina Shue Cutlip. In addition to her parents she is preceded in death by a brother, Verner Bradford Cutlip (Sybil). She is survived by two nephews, Dwight and Rodney Cutlip and several cousins.Graveside Service will be 11:00 AM, Monday, June 25, 2018 at the Whiting Cemetery, Droop Mountain, WV.
