Mary M. Pilkenton

GAP MILLS, WV – Mary M. Pilkenton, 53 of Gap Mills, WV passed away Tuesday, January 14, 2025, at her home following an extended illness. Born March 31, 1971, in Fairmont, WV she was the daughter of the late Edward Lee and Rita Pearl Morris Pilkenton.

Mary had worked in Purchasing at The Greenbrier.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by two sisters, Joyce Lea Pilkenton and Brenda Faye Wickline.

Survivors include her loving better half, John Cook, nieces, Melanie Arnold (Saylor), Sarah Hawkey (Tyler), Emalee Patton (Nethaniel), Chelsea Cook and nephew, Robert Cook, brothers in law, Mark Wickline and Jeff Cook (Margaret), sister in law, Kelly Cook, great niece, Lorna Layne Hawkey, great nephews, Declan Fett Hawkey and Elijah Gon Patton, her beloved dog, Sammie, many other friends and extended family.
