Michael Gray Weikle

Michael Gray Weikle, 68, of Ronceverte, West Virginia, passed away peacefully at home on Sunday, August 24, 2025. Born April 13, 1957, in Hinton, WV, Michael was the son of the late Robert Gray and Patricia Ann Hall Weikle and grew up with the values of hard work and neighborly kindness that define our mountain communities.

Michael spent most of his days working in construction, earning a reputation as a talented carpenter. Folks around town could always count on him for a helping hand, honest work, and a good story. Whether he was raising a barn or fixing a porch, Michael took pride in every nail he drove and every board he set.

Along with his parents, Michael was reunited in heaven with his beloved wife, Patricia Fridley Weikle, and his daughter, Jennifer Weikle, who both meant the world to him.

Left to cherish his memory are his son, Josh Weikle and daughter-in-law, Ellie; his grandson, Logan, who was the apple of his eye; brother, Greg Weikle and wife, Donna; sisters, Carol Allen and husband, James, and Brenda Bostic and husband, Ronnie; and a host of nieces and nephews.

Graveside service will be held at 1:00 PM, Thursday, August 28, 2025, at the Greenbrier Memorial Gardens, Lewisburg, WV.  There will be no visitation.
