Myra Erskine

LEWISBURG, WV – Myra Elaine Erskine, 71, of Lewisburg, WV passed away Saturday, October 24, 2020 at Greenbrier Valley Medical Center. Born June 18, 1949 in South Boston, VA she was the daughter of the late Chester Elmer Brandon Sr. and Fannie Ruth Brooks Brandon. Myra worked as a Medical Receptionist and was a caregiver for many years. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by a brother, Chester Brandon Jr. and a brother in law, Patrick Jackson. Survivors include the love of her life of thirty-five years, Richard Walker, sons, Ray Erskine Jr. of Lewisburg, WV and Chris Erskine (Dawn) of Vancouver, WA, daughter, Raylena Erskine of Lewisburg, WV, grandchildren, Deante’, Quincy and Emily Erskine, brothers, Marvin Brandon (Penny) of Roanoke, VA, Carl Brandon of Lynchburg, VA, Miles Leon Brandon of Union, WV, Marcus Brandon of White Sulphur Springs, WV, sisters, Sandra Jackson (Doc) of Madison Heights, VA, Betty Cook of Chester, VA, Marcella Jackson of Huntington, WV and sister in law, Ardra Brandon of Beckley, WV, several nieces and nephews. Homegoing Memorial Service will be 2:00 PM, Wednesday, November 4, 2020 at the Morgan Funeral Home Chapel, 252 Montvue Drive, Lewisburg, WV with Pastor Greg Scott officiating. Visitation will be one hour prior to the service, Wednesday at the funeral home. We will be following COVID-19 Regulations and request that guests wear a mask and be mindful of social distancing.
