Nancy Caroline Mcferrin

Nancy Caroline McFerrin, 70, of Renick died peacefully at 12:23 AM Tuesday August 30, 2016 with her little dog, Susie, by her side.Born August 26, 1946 at Leonard Cordova she was the daughter of the late Fred and Ada Rose Clutter. She was the youngest of nine children.In addition to her parents, Nancy was preceded in death by two brothers and six sisters.She is survived by her husband, Samuel Ray McFerrin; son, James McFerrin and wife, Emily; granddaughters, Devin McGraw and Jared of Union and Ashley McFerrin and partner, Courtney Brown; grandson, James Austin McFerrin; and great grandson, Preston Marshall McGraw.Services will be held at 11:00 AM Thursday September 1, 2016 at the Spring Creek Presbyterian Church at Renick with Rev. Lynn Randolph officiating. Burial will follow in the family cemetery at Friars Hole.Friends may call from 10:00 AM till time of the service at the church.In lieu of flowers the family requests donations be made to the Spring Creek Presbyterian Church Building Fund.
