Pat Simmons

MAXWELTON, WV – James Hull “Pat” Simmons, 71 of Maxwelton, WV passed away Sunday, August 18, 2019 at the Greenbrier Health Care Center, Lewisburg, WV.  Born September 10, 1947 at Renick, WV he was the son of the late Leatrice Marie Simmons Sharp.  He was formerly employed by Adkins Auto Parts as a Parts Manager.  Including his mother, he was preceded in death by his wife, Mildred Helen “Midge” Blankenship Simmons.  Survivors include his stepfather, David “Buster” Sharp, daughter, Samantha Crone of Renick, WV, brothers, John Sharp of Ronceverte, WV and Joe Sharp of Lewisburg, WV, sister, Jacklyn Clutter (Todd) of Ronceverte, WV, grandchildren, Jamie Crone, Heather Tincher (Michael) and Robbie Crone (Myka), great grandson, Greyson Tincher, several nieces and nephews. Funeral service will be 12:00 Noon, Tuesday, August 20, 2019 at the Morgan Funeral Home Chapel, 252 Montvue Drive, Lewisburg, WV with Pastor Hat Defibaugh officiating.  Burial will follow in the Lewis Chapel Cemetery, Vago Road, Maxwelton, WV.  Visitation will be one hour prior to the service at the funeral home on Tuesday.  Online guestbook can be signed at www.morganfh.net.  Arrangements by Morgan Funeral Home, Lewisburg, WV.   Financial contributions can be made by clicking here to help with funeral expenses.
