Patricia Ann Henson

ASBURY, WV - Patricia Ann Henson, 73, of Asbury, WV passed away, Friday, April 7, 2017 at Carilion Roanoke Memorial Hospital. Born November 18, 1943 at Organ Cave, WV she was the daughter of the late Gray and Nina Morgan Bostic. Pat had retired from the Greenbrier County Board of Education as a Bus Driver. She was very instrumental in founding the Greenbrier County Emergency Ambulance Service. Pat was a member of the Emmanuel United Methodist Church at Asbury, WV. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her first husband, Thomas E. Lipps and her second husband, Thomas "Tom" Henson, a daughter, Clara Jane Thomas, great grandson, Lewis Ray English and two brothers, John and Donald Bostic and sister, Phyllis Bostic Furry. Survivors include her son, T.R. Henson II of Asbury, WV, daughters, Lisa Lipps of Asbury, WV and Tonya Henson of Clintonville, WV, sister, Florence Jones and husband Cohen of Muddy Creek Mountain, eight grandchildren, Tiara Henson, Cynthia Stacks, Jessica Terry and husband Shawn, Samantha Thomas, Andrew Davis, Elliot Greer, Tabatha Jahn and Ivalee Keen, two great grandchildren, Kaylea Jade & Claralynn Grace Terry, several nieces and nephews.Funeral service will be 1:00 PM, Monday, April 10, 2017 at the Morgan Funeral Home, Lewisburg, WV. Burial will follow in the James Chapel United Methodist Church Cemetery, Clintonville, WV. Visitation will be from 11:00 AM until time of the service, Monday at the funeral home.
