Phyllis Ann Oscar

FRANKFORD, WV – Phyllis Ann Oscar, 67 of Frankford, WV passed away Wednesday, February 21, 2024, at the Seneca Trail Healthcare Center. Born January 30, 1957, in Buckeye, WV, she was the daughter of the late William Alexander and Emily Mae Oscar. Phyllis had worked as a housekeeper at The Greenbrier Center for many years. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her longtime companion, Howard Weis, and a daughter in law, Kimberly Oscar.

Survivors include her son, Wyatt Oscar, daughter, Jessica Weis (Cody Scott), grandchildren, Brandon Oscar, Chase Oscar and Axton Scott, longtime best friend and second mother, Theda Sizemore, second daughters, Emily Richards and Ariel Collins, brother, Wayne Oscar, sisters, Sue Scott, Evelyn Fitzwater, Jewel Wickline, Judy Kirk and Carolyn Criner, several nieces, and nephews.
