Richard Ray Marrs

FRANKFORD, WV - Richard Ray Marrs, 67, of Frankford, WV passed away Monday, February 20, 2017 at Lewis Gale Hospital - Alleghany. Born June 4, 1949 at Pikeville, KY he was the son of the late William Henry Marrs and Louise Gertrude Litteral. Richard had retired from ABB in Lewisburg. He was a U.S. Navy Veteran. Survivors include two children, Cathy Rogers of Virginia Beach, VA and William Marrs and wife Suzette of Virginia Beach, VA and four grandchildren, Julian Prodigalidad, James Rogers, Jadyn and Jayce Marrs.
