RONCEVERTE, WV – Robert Lee Hambrick Sr., 72 of Ronceverte, WV passed away Friday, July 21, 2017 at CAMC – General, Charleston, WV. Born October 16, 1944 at Renick, WV he was the son of the late Henry and Edna Tharp Hambrick. Robert retired from managing the True Value store in Ronceverte. In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by sisters, Frannie Tritt, Delsie Barker and Sue Douglas and brothers, Dorsey and Joe Hambrick. Survivors include his wife of 32 years, Dottie Lou Vance Hambrick, son, Robert Lee Hambrick Jr and wife Rebecca of Asbury, WV, daughter, Cynthia Ann "Sugar"  Smith and husband Timmy of Ronceverte, WV, grandchildren, Tracie Luann Weikle and husband Brian of Lewisburg, WV and Amber Leann Smith of Ronceverte, WV, great grandchildren, Ivan Lee and Gabriel Alexander Weikle of Lewisburg, WV and step great granddaughter, Abriahna Sareen Weikle of Lewisburg, WV, brothers, Roger Hambrick and wife Ellen of Ronceverte, WV, Roy Hambrick and wife Wynette of Lewisburg, WV, Okey and Delbert Hambrick of Renick, WV and Bill Hambrick and wife Barbara of Rensselaer, IN, sisters, Irene Winkler of Pennsylvania, Frances Blankenship and husband Bradford of New Park, PA, Lillie Harr and husband Walter of Hollow Rock, TN, Bernice Tincher and husband Richard of Auto, WV and Dorothy and Gillie Hambrick of Renick, WV, his helper and friend, Shannon Bowman and his beloved Boston Terrier, Tippie, several nieces and nephews. Funeral service will be 12:00 Noon, Wednesday, July 26, 2017 at the Morgan Funeral Home Chapel – 252 Montvue Drive, Lewisburg, WV with Larry Dean officiating. Burial will follow in the Adwell Cemetery, Ronceverte, WV. Visitation will be one hour prior to the service, Wednesday at the funeral home.
