Rosa Lee Blake

FRANKFORD, WV – Rosa Lee Blake, 91, of Frankford, WV passed away Saturday, October 19, 2019 at the Caldwell Hospice and Palliative Care Center, Hudson, NC.  Born September 3, 1928 at Maxwelton, WV she was the daughter of the late George Washington and Plina Susan Loudermilk Withrow.  Rosa was a member of the Henning Church of God and the American Legion Auxiliary.  In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her husband of fifty-seven years, Cecil Blake, daughter, Carol Shelton and granddaughter, Nathaslia Shelton and eight siblings.  Survivors include one son, Robert Blake (Debbie) of Hudson, NC, daughter, Gloria Jean Loudermilk (Phillip) of Wingate, NC, six grandchildren, nine great grandchildren and a host of nieces and nephews.  Funeral service will be 12:00 Noon, Thursday, October 24, 2019 at the Morgan Funeral Home Chapel – 252 Montvue Drive, Lewisburg, WV with Pastor Rick Hefner officiating.  Burial will follow in the Rosewood Cemetery, Lewisburg, WV.  Visitation will be one hour prior to the service, Thursday at the funeral home.  Online guestbook can be signed at www.morganfh.net.  Arrangements by Morgan Funeral Home, Lewisburg, WV.
